How to lighten acne spots/discoloration? - red spots on potatoes

Hey,
i dont really have a lot of beans today. I have a lot of pimples. red spots, and other things. This is to touch are soft, as if I close my eyes and rub your hands around my face feel very soft. I just need some advice on how to mitigate?
