I make a recipe that calls for 1 / 2 cup chocolate chips. Unfortunately I have only 1 / 3 cup chocolate chips ... But my unsweetened cocoa powder. Can chocolate, I like to replace it and the rest with cocoa and sugar added in powder form? If so, how would you recommend. Thank you! : O)
